keyboard stopped working

Hi I recently bought a razer ornata v3 x and It was working great then one day it just stopped worked and I have tried everything to reset it and nothing works.

Sorry to hear you're having trouble with your Razer Ornata V3 X. When you say it stopped working, do you mean that none of the keys are responding at all, or is it just certain keys? Also, have you noticed if the keyboard is still lighting up? Let’s the troubleshooting steps below to fix the issue. 

  1. Clean your keyboard from dirt or debris.
  2. Connect your keyboard directly to the PC and not a USB hub.
  3. Test your keyboard with a different USB Port.
  4. Get the latest Windows update.
  5. Check if the software is causing the issue by closing all Razer apps and other keyboard configuration software.
  6. If closing Razer Synapse fixes the issue, reinstall your keyboard drivers, and perform a clean reinstall of Razer Synapse.
  7. Check if the issue persists with a different PC without the Razer Synapse.
