I’ve had my Ornata chroma for some time now. Worked perfectly fine on my laptop, then I switched it to my PC. After playing quiet a few hours of games I noticed 2 of my keys would type extra letters. The “a” key would type “as” and the “z” key would type “/z” I don’t have any macros setup and looked in the backend of my pc and everything looks to be as it should. Now I didn't have any of the Razor apps on my PC at the time but I have just added it. Is there a way to resolve this problem? Its not anything to do with cleaning the physical keys. Please Help!

Hey,
Does it make any difference when the Razer Synapse software is temporarily disabled? You can also try to reinstall your keyboard’s drivers by following the steps below:
1. Press Windows + S on your device to open the Search bar.
2. Type in “Device Manager” and hit Enter.
3. Go to "device" or "Human Interface Device".
4. Right-click on the Razer device and select Uninstall device.
5. Restart your computer to completely uninstall the drivers.
The drivers will automatically reinstall after your computer restarts. If that didn’t do the trick, then shoot me a PM along with your device’s serial number so I can validate it and check for other workarounds.
