Keyboard typing random things when running Razer Synapse

Well not Razer Synapse specifically, here let me explain the issue first.

This problem started occurring 3 months after I built my PC or 4 months prior to this thread. My computer will type one of two strings at random, these strings are "DEDEDEDE..." and "*Holding ctrl". The only trigger that is consistent is a random chance to activate after loading anything, from chrome tabs to the league of legends client (this includes happening when I load into champ select/the game itself). However, if it does not happen when I load into the game, then it will not happen until at least I am out of the game. This is everything that I know about the problem.

Different Solutions,
Macro Solutions:
I have unistalled and reinstalled everything Razer Software on my PC
New Keyboard and Mouse
I have unistalled and reinstalled every software on my PC
I have done a full wipe on my PC
My anti-virus and windows defender says there is no malware
*None of these have worked

Micro Solutions (Solutions that I have tried that make the problem go away, temporarily)
If it is the "DEDEDEDE..." string, then every 1 out of 3 times, unplugging my mouse will fix the issue for a short time
Either string will be fixed if I disable Razer Central and/or Razer Game Manager
Restarting my Computer will also stop the issue

The final solution I have done, is disable Razer Game Manager from starting which prevents any Razer software to start on my PC. It has been 3 days and I have yet to run into the issue again. So I am confident it is something in the Razer Software. Any advice would be greatly appreciated, I have used Razer products my entire life so I am confident there is a solution.
