Product: Razer Huntsman Tournament Edition
Issue: Keyboard only shows one key lit red and absolutely no keys respond
Troubleshooting: Tried recovery mode (Esc / Esc + Caps + Space), tried Synapse firmware recovery on multiple PCs — not detected.
Outcome: Keyboard appears stuck in bootloader, no normal operation.

I understand your Razer Huntsman Tournament Edition is not responding, and only one key remains lit red regardless of any actions taken. This issue can be due to a firmware corruption or hardware malfunction. Let's try to troubleshoot the issue and see if we can get that resolved:

1. Ensure that the keyboard is securely connected to your computer. Try using a different USB port to see if that helps.
2. Tyr to reset your keyboard to resolved the unresponsive keys issue. 
a. Unplug the keyboard.
b. Press and hold "Escape", "Caps Lock", and the space bar.
c. Plug the keyboard into a USB port.
d. Release all keys.
3. Since Synapse isn't detecting your keyboard, make sure you have the latest version installed. Try perform clean reinstallation of the Razer Synapse.
