Keyboard won't show up in razer synapse

Product name: Blackwidow ultimate 2016 I tried in both synapse 3.0 and 2.0, but they won't recognize it. As it can be seen in the attached file I do have the product registered on my account as well(didn't bother to register the mouse since it showed up right away). Is there anything I can do to resolve this? Also, I did check on the site as well and my keyboard is indeed supported by synapse 2.0(check second screenshot or site). Thanks in advance!
