Keyboards wont work at the same time

So I have a huntsman and a tartarus v2, when I try to play a game only one of them will work, from what i can tell the one that works is which ever one is used first, the same thing will happen with my naga trinity mouse (less worried about ). Ive tried updating synapses also tried closing it and nothing has helped. They are plugged into PCI usb 3.0 instead of being plugged directly into the io of the motherboard. Also just found out as I was typing this the tartarus is not working right now either.
