Keys arn't working when not on the mode where it lights up when touched

i have the Razer Ornata V3 X keyboard and i turned on the mode where when i press fn+f9 it turns on a mode where it lights up when touched and so when i turn it on i can use all keys but when i turn it off i cant use certain keys such as w g f and when i check the razer app it says its connected to macro not the keybinds idk how to fix it
