Hi, I have problem with several keys on keyboard, sometimes they not pressed, sometimes double pressed, more worst it happens with ctrl key and any ctrl + c or ctrl + v commands become nightmare.
This keyboard even doesn’t have one year use, and also it doesn’t seems dirty to be cleaned.
No idea what I can to do.

I understand that you’re experiencing key input issues with your keyboard. Can you disable your Synapse by following the steps fromt this link and check if the issue continues? Please also send me a PM with the serial number so I can verify it in our system and look for troubleshooting steps that might address the issue.
