When using my “1” and “o” keys, they sometimes do not respond. If I press the buttons 10 times, it will respond 2-3 times. The inconsistency makes the keyboard very challenging and frustrating to use.
I have tried the following and the result is always the same
-Uninstalling via the Device Manager
-Cleaning the keyboard by removing keycaps
-Plugging into different USB slots and into a different computer
Any help would be appreciated. Thank you!
