When I turned on my pc this morning, my Razer ornata chroma keyboard suddenly stopped working. The LED lights up in rainbow colors and also responds to touch buttons, but nothing can be entered with the button.



Also restarting and re-connecting the button does not bring anything.
Based on your description, your device must have been in Demo Mode. You can exit Demo Mode by following the steps from this page. Feel free to send me a message if you have other concerns.
