Kishi For Android App not available for device

Any advice from Razer Support on this please?

I managed to get a chat going and confirmed to them that my 1plus and my Galaxy A53 do not have the option to download the Kishi app via play store due to being on Android 13.

A case has been raised to Tier 2 team to investigate.

Same here with a Samsung S20 FE 5G with Android 13. Let’s see if they fix it. Thx.

My OnePlus with Android 11 is not compatible either from the app store.

Any one know a Razer contact to chase this up?

I'm in the same boat guys. Hurry up razer and support us. And maybe your app ratings won't sit at 2.8. lol. And your devices is just half going junk 😕

Same problem here, I just bought Razer Kishi yo find that the apo is not supported with my Android version. I have a MI 11 Lite 5G 1, are you serious? In the tech specs it only says you need android 8 or over

Guessing Razer cannot be bothered to help on an older product even though you can still buy them !

Terrible support from them. 

No more Razer products for me moving forward if this is their response to issues. 

8 months later! Nothing ! This same issue affects the v2 because it's the same app. This is absolutely unforgivable. How the actual **** is this company profitable omfg. I'm sending this useless thing back.

I seem to have found a workaround. I had to use the third party website APKMirror to download the 1.0.66 kishi app. So far so good, after installation and reconnecting the controller (v2) it suddenly gets detected by the Nexus app. So clunky and obtrusive. I still cannot believe the terrible state this product and its utter lack of care or support from Razer. I will never recommend this brand after this experience. Go figure that it works just fine on Android 13. You'd think a major peripheral manufacturer could distribute their own working copy via regular means. Sigh.

Caution: 3rd party apk sites are at your own risk. I didn't find any malware but other sites may not be as trustworthy, and you should proceed carefully. 

Spoke a bit too soon! It can either detect the controller, or charge the phone, but not both. So it will ONLY work while the phone is running on battery power. Greatly limiting its use. I might contact support but it's pretty clear at this point the they are utterly useless. Really made my holidays, thanks Razer /s.

Anyone know if the app is going to be updated for Android 13?

I have a 1+ 10 Pro on Oxygen OS13. 

Just wondering if I need to send it back.

Even i got this issue, although GTA V and Fortnite or any big games i can install but these are not compatible don’t know what's the exact issue. also have enough ram and space is availed and android version is also 13..
