Kiyo camera loose hinge

Hello, a week ago i got Razer Kiyo camera and its absolutley great, the only problem is that camera hinge was very loose out of the box which means that camera does not sit 100% straight when positioned on tripod or screen, its not a huge problem but i dont know if its worth the hassel of contacting support and getting it fixed or replaced

So what do you think, should i contact support to get this replaced or should i leave it as is, what do you think about this issue is that a big deal or not?
