I recently updated to Synapse 4. Since the update, my Kiyo will no longer focus. The auto focus does nothing, and when I switch to manual focus, the slider moves with no change to the camera. I did update firmware to version 2.3.2.0 with no change in operation I also tried moving USB ports with no change.

I think something freezes the Kiyo’s autofocus and manual focus slider. Try to clean reinstall the camera's drivers and see if it works.
