Kiyo loses auto focus

Hi there I have a razor kiyo which I love apart from the fact that at least one or twice a day the autofocus stops working. This is only resolved by unpluggin the usb and then plugging it in again this is 3xtremely frustrating I have update both software and hardware but the issue still remains. what can do to resolve this ?
