I bought a Kio pro camera but it does not work as it should.

 

The camera screen is visible only in the synapse app, but in any other app there is no image from the kiyo pro camera? Why?

 

I tried applications such as bandicam, loom, zoom, windows camera.... in each of these applications the image from the kiyo pro camera does not display, black screen.... it looks like the apps are not finding this camera.

 

kiyo pro camera image displays only in synapse and only in synapse.

 

how to fix it?

 

i will have to return this camera and i will no longer buy anything from razer

Yo bro, I was having the same problem for a while but I got it working. Pretty sure as long as you have synapse open it will only project the picture to that, plus it was overriding my mic and setting itself to that, so if you ever get it again, hope that helps for anyone in the future.
