Kiyo Pro bricked, any support for firmware updates or drivers

Bought a 2nd hand Kiyo Pro, computer and Synapse will recognize it for a second then throw an error. 

Looks like this product is just a huge POS and the company doesn’t offer any support to update the firmware, which says to call support, which says it doesn’t support it. So now I have a bricked device that can’t even function without the horrible software. 

does anyone have the drivers for the newest firmware they can share?

This is exactly right. Razer will not help you if you get this issue. They’ll just tell you the warranty is up and wipe their hands clean.
