Bought a 2nd hand Kiyo Pro, computer and Synapse will recognize it for a second then throw an error. 

Looks like this product is just a huge POS and the company doesn’t offer any support to update the firmware, which says to call support, which says it doesn’t support it. So now I have a bricked device that can’t even function without the horrible software. 

does anyone have the drivers for the newest firmware they can share?
