Looking Through the forums im having the same issue as multiple people on here with trying to update the firmware. synapse notices the camera and states that a firmware update is available but after downloading the updater and trying to update it instantly says i need to contact support to continue.

Read the forum and every time someone replied and asked to be contacted via direct message if we were having this issue.



PC is windows 10, fully updated operating system. Plugged camera directly into motherboard to check and even swapped port same thing.



Even tried used my MSI gaming laptop to try and update firmware there thinking maybe using a different computer would work, but had the same issue. Seems that multiple serial numbers are not updating or are older serial numbers and the new firmware wont work.
