Hello, I have just bought a Razer Kiyo Pro camera and I am finding it impossible to update the firmware to the latest version. Every time I try to follow the procedure it ends up with a message to contact support. Firmware version v1.00 trying to get to v1.03_r4 Model Number (*Omitted) Part Number(*Omitted) Thank you in advance for any information that will enable the firmware update to take?

      I had the exact same issue today and couldn't figure out where to contact support.
