My new Kiyo Pro has firmware version 1.03 out of box. The firmware updater app goes through all steps to update to version 1.05. But, after reconnecting it shows again the needed update, no message that the update was successful. I have tried this several times with different connections to my AMD machine on Windows 11. What to do?

I have connected the Kiyo Pro to the Intel based notebook of my girlfriend, then the firmware updater was able to execute properly.
It is a shame that there is no attention here from Razer Support, poor customer service.
