Kiyo Pro is not recognized correctly by Synapse

Hello, in Synapse the Kiyo Pro is displayed, when I then select it, the next thing I see is that I should select whether I want to use the camera configuration from Synapse, or from the camera itself (see screenshot). Unfortunately, none of the buttons can be selected and so I don't get further. Resetting the camera settings, restarting the PC, or reinstalling the software doesn't help either. The camera is connected via USB 3.0 on the back of the tower, not via a HUB. The camera is displayed in the Windows 11 Device Manager. More screenshots attached. Synapse Version 3.7.228.22817 Windows 11 Pro What can I do to use the camera?

Hi there, @bizplaceVividSkyBlue466! Thank you for providing the screenshots. Please check your privacy settings. Ensure that the camera is on and the apps have permission to use it. If the issue persists, please try your camera on windows 10 OS if possible. Please PM me your device's serial number to check for other solutions. Thread locked to curb the conversation to PMs.
