My Razor Kiyo Pro has suddenly stopped connecting to my computer. It has worked perfectly up to now on the same computer and port/cable. My PC is an Alienware Aurora R13.
I’ve tried 3 different USB ports and cables, and a laptop too. It doesn’t work on any of them. P/No RZ19-03640100.
When I plug it in, Windows 11 pops up a notification saying “Power Surge on the USB port. Unknown USB device needs more power than the USB port can supply.”

Any suggestions on how to fix the problem?
