Kiyo Pro Ultra flickers and is not recognized by ZOOM.

I purchased the Kiyo Pro Ultra 2 days ago and plugged it in and it prompted the software download. I was able to see the camera in the Synapse software and it looked very good at first, but then started to flicker and nothing I did could stop it. I then started Zoom since I had a meeting and although Zoom did see the camera, every time i tried to use it zoom would give me an error message asking me to use another camera. I enabled HD for larger resolutions in Zoom and then lowed the cameras resolution to 720p 30fps and it still gave me the error. if I cant get this camera to work in zoom it is useless to me. Any suggestion? Thanks.

Hello there, @Fire488!

Make sure the Razer Kiyo Pro Ultra is plugged directly into your computer. Open the video control panel from your video capture software and change the frequency response rate to either 50 Hz or 60 Hz, depending on your region. You can also update its firmware. If that didn’t work, then drop me a PM along with your device’s serial number so I can validate it in our database and check for other workarounds.
