Kiyo Pro Ultra not recognized by Windows or Mac

Starting from today my Razer Kiyo Pro Ultra is not recognized by my Windows PC or Macbook Pro (it worked with both before).

I just plug in the camera and nothing happens.

Only the white LED light is lit.

Any support is appreciated.

I have the same issue. My camera worked for about a month and then simply stopped working. White light is on but not recognized by my computer now. Terrible Support options. Chat support is SGT time which does’t do a much good if you are on the east coast in the U.S. I see no response to the other person in this stream who is also having the same problem. This camera is too expensive to have non-existent technical support when needed. All sales no support. All signs of a bad business.

Thanks for sharing your experience. Razer lost a customer that day. I bought a Logitech camera (Brio 4k) which works great. 

won’t be buying any Razer equipment moving forward. 

BTW I still haven’t got ANY reply from Razer support. For $400 camera this is truly embarrassing.
