Kiyo Pro Ultra original cable broken (out of warranty) - need a replacement cable

Hi,

My Razer Kiyo Pro Ultra's video feed suddenly stopped working. The camera is detected fine by Windows and shows up correctly in apps, but the video freezes/goes black as soon as I try to start the preview or a call.

I tested and ruled out several causes:
- Tried multiple USB ports (both 2.0 and 3.0): same issue every time with the original cable
- Reinstalled the driver and Razer Synapse: no change
- Closed all other apps that could access the camera: no change

When I replace the original USB-C cable with a different USB-C cable (Apple), the camera works perfectly with no issue at all. So the problem is clearly the original cable, not the camera itself.

My device is unfortunately just out of warranty. Since this is only a cable issue and the camera itself works fine, would it be possible to purchase or get a replacement cable rather than going through a full unit exchange?

Serial number: available on request

Happy to provide any additional info (photos/video) if needed.

Thanks!

Hi @Feldsparroadtech202,

Let me check on that. Can you send me a PM with the serial number together with your location/country so I can verify it in our system and go over our inventory?
