Kiyo Pro video freezing/unfreezing with Camtasia
I've been trying to record video (just camera video, no desktop capture or anything else) with the Kiyo Pro and when using Camtasia the video constantly freezes/unfreezes. The picture freezes but audio is still being outputted and then the picture will unfreeze and starts on the appropriate frame. Hopefully that makes sense.
If I do the same with xsplit, there are no freezes. I've gone from one to the other with no reboots, etc and the recordings are the same. Camtasia does the intermittent freezing, xsplit does not. Any suggestions on how to troubleshoot or even fix?

I am not very familiar with Camtasia. Do you mind sharing a screenshot of the camera settings in the app? By the way, have you tried testing the app using other cameras? In any case, please send me the serial number of the webcam so I can check for firmware updates.
