I can change all the settings in Synapse and get the preview looking great. Everything seems to save. I disable preview, launch Teams, Discord, Windows Camera or any other app, and none of those settings apply in the new app. This includes any settings from the Advanced settings. I specifically need the Zoom setting.
I've have the same problem on this camera with more than one machine.

How does it appear in the Device Manager? In the meantime, please ensure that you have the latest Windows OS by following the steps on this page. PM me the serial number of your device if the problem persists so I can verify its model and look for other possible solutions.
