kiyo x and synapse

friends, I have a kiyo x camera, it's been about 2 months since I bought it, I open the synapse application, it happened after updating everything, I deleted the update and tried it as it was, I make my synapse settings, I open obs, the camera turns off, and in synapse, it throws it back to the menu, I've been dealing with it for 2 hours, does anyone know the solution?
