Hello good folks,
I recently obtained a Kiyo X, but can not get it to remember the advanced settings, specifically the Zoom, after a system restart.
I tried uninstalling the drivers, starting the system (Win 11, up to date) with and without Razer “Synapse 3” and “The new Synapse”.
A possible clue to what might be happening is that in the Windows Camera App, it shows as “USB C device” (or similar, in german). Also in MS Teams via Citrix App, it shows as “USB C device”. The Windows Device Manager shows it properly as Kiyo X.
Any help is much appreciated.
