Kiyo X Camera works and after some seconds, click and turns off

I am an online teacher and I use the camera regularly. It always worked perfectly, but yesterday it has been making a clicking sound and turning off or disconnecting. Nothing has worked, not even reinstalling the cam, updating the drivers, or even changing the pc. The problem remains: the camera activates for a few seconds and then makes a clicking sound and disconnects. I tried changing the settings on the browser and it works for 2 seconds and powers off again after the clicking sound. I see many people with the same problem and I haven't been able to find a possible solution. Furthermore, Razer has not commented on the matter. I would love a real solution on the matter as it is obviously a recognized situation from the company and the users.
