Kiyo X not connecting - connects then quickly disconnets after making a click sound

I have the same issue as the post below. Is there a solution?

    I understand that you're having a disconnection issues with your Razer Kiyo X. Does the issue (connecting, making a click sound, and quickly disconnecting) still persist even if you completely exit Razer Synapse? Could you please provide a list of the troubleshooting steps you have attempted so far via PM?


    If the issue persists even without the Syanpse running in the background, please send me a private message together with your device's serial number and proof of purchase in PDF format for a possible warranty claim. You can upload your proof of purchase to your Google Drive and send me the link. Make sure that the link is set the sharing settings to "Anyone with the link can view". Thank you!
