I bought a razer blade 15 (2019) a razer kraken 2019 and viper mini mouse. You would think it would all work flawlessly together right? nope. No matter what I do this laptop will not recognize my headset. It simply acts like it doesnt exist. Works great as headphones, works great on my ps4 and on my phone. How do I get this pc to see my headset? Ive tried both versions of synapse which also seem to not see it. in 2 it doesnt recognize any of my stuff including the laptop itself. 3 sees the laptop and mouse but no headset.

    Hey there! Thanks for posting your headset's concern here. By the way, the Razer Kraken 2019 and Kraken X are compatible with 7.1 Surround Sound. Also, it will not be detected on Razer Synapse since it uses the 3.5mm connection. Feel free to send me a PM should you need additional assistance.
