just bought a new kraken and the audio is muffled aswell as the microphone and the device isnt visible on device manager

    i am having the same problems with my kraken, its really annoying because i get no help from customer support :/

    if i do find a fix i'll let you know but its been really difficult in finding anything regarding the situation

    Same. I can't seem to find a solution anywhere, I'm almost asking for my money back, honestly. If you guys manage to find a fix, please share...
