Kraken 2019 microphone not detected

Hi, I realized today that I wasn't actually connected to my Razer microphone but to my laptop one (which explained the issues I had since). So I tried to enable the headset in the Sound settings but it is nowhere even with Show Disabled Devices and Show Disconnected Devices checked; the microphone isn't shown. I posted below a screenshot of what I'm talking about (sorry for the french text). Thank you for your help on this topic !
