Kraken 2019 won't show up in Synapse

I've just got my brand new razer Kraken 2019 and I've been trying to change the settings of the headset, however the headset won't appear in Synapse 3 or in Synapse 2.0. Is there any other way to change the settings through another application or is this fixable?

    Hey there! The Kraken 2019 is an analog headset (i.e uses the 3.5mm jack to connect to the device) and will not be detected by Synapse. Let me know if you have any questions.
