Kraken 4v pro can only be heard through the chat channel

I have a problem: my Kraken 4V Pro headphones work perfectly fine today, both game and chat channels, without the Razer Synapse 4 software installed. However, after installing the software, the game channel stops working, and I can only hear sound through the chat channel. I've already checked all the Windows 11 sound settings and the Windows and Razer HP sound stabilizers/mixers, and both are working correctly. I haven't found a solution and need help resolving this issue.
