Kraken 7.1 Surround Sound Activation Code is invalid.



After product registration, I disposed the box and receipt.

a. A photo showing the error while activating the code.

b. The source of the code.

c. The serial number of the headset starts with "SN".

d. The email address that is associated to your account.
