Hi, I saw a thread of a guy with the same problem, the description of the problem is exactly the same, but
there´s no solution in the thread. The headset disconnect and reconnect every time an it's crackling when it happens. Here´s the link to the previous discussion: https://insider.razer.com/index.php...eird-noises-and-disconnecting-randomly.50014/
Kraken 7.1 V2 disconnecting

Please detail what OS version you have and if the disconnection or crackling noise occurs with and without Synapse running in the background. We'd appreciate it if you can upload a screenshot of how the headset appears in the Device Manager.
I'm using windows 10 enterprise. I tested and it occurs in both ways, with and without Synapse.
Here's the screenshot of the device manager: https://imgur.com/qBUGcCZ
It's in portuguese so you're looking for "entradas e saídas de áudio".
Thanks for replying ^^

It is properly detected, but I still highly recommend uninstalling the headset drivers then run Windows updater to get fresh ones. Anyways, have you noticed any fraying or disconnections when the cable is angled a certain way?
Sorry for the delayed response. So, I've tested the cable in different angles and positions, it's not the problem. I tried to uninstall the drivers and then updating, but it stills happening. I think I'll have to use it this way. Thank you anyway.
It wouldn't feel right if I let you go on like this without doing everything I can to help. Shoot me a PM with the serial number of your headset so I can look into your RMA options.
Hello, I have the same problem with my Kraken 7.1 v2 oval. Only I suspect it may be the issue with cable connecting to headset, as it happens every time I turn my head around. In the beginning it wasnt obvious - I tried different cable positions and it didnt seem to be the issue so I checked all software updates, uninstaled synapse etc. But it did not help. And after a while it started happening all the time. I have not mistreated the cable in any way. I bought the headset 8 months ago, and cared for it very well, as my previous Krakens 7.1 Chroma HAD EXACTLY THE SAME PROBLEM. Back then I assumed that cable got physically demaged so i did not press the issue and after only a year of using it I bough new ones. But once this happens again now this is not a coincidence.
my headset is of course still on warranty. What do I do? (Since Razer Support is not responding to my ticket and its been almost two weeks since i send it)
I am not bying a third headset in two years.

@Yvainne_ Have you tried testing the headset on another PC? In any case, PM me your ticket number so I can check what's going on. I can also start an RMA if necessary.

Try go into device manager and go to ¨Human Interface Devices¨ and right click Razer Kraken 7.1 v2 and press ''uninstall device'' and it should be fixed. It worked for me.
Merry Christmas
