kraken 7.1 v2 usb issue

Hello

I am having an issue with kraken 7.1 v2 where it will not be recognized by pc while using a usb extender anymore, it has worked fine for about 6 years now all of a sudden as of today it is not recognized.





Any ideas on how to possibly fix this issue?
