Hello,
Razer synapse does not detect my headset. I have it connected as “Razer Kraken BT Kitty Edition” but I don't see have it as a device on synapse, and I can't download driver neither. It is supposedly supported by Synapse 3,
so what should i do?
It'll connect to my phone fine and I can adjust the Chroma settings there, but it only works on my phone.
What I've tried:
- Do a clean install of razer synapse by uninstalling it and deleting all razer folders in progam files, program files (x86), program data and Appdata folders, then reinstalling it. It didn't work.
- Connecting and disconnecting it from my computer.
Its BT headset, not wired or 2.4 Hz transmitter. The computers do detect the headset, and I do get audio from it.
