kraken bt kitty edition cannot connect cannot connect with pc

i tried restarting multiple times and reinstalling razer synapse. In bluetooth & devices it does say razer kraken bt kitty edition but i can’t connect with it

Thanks for letting us know about the connection issue you’re having. Is it possible for you to try it on a different PC? Please ensure that the headset has enough power for connection. If the issue still occurs, then send me a message via PM with the serial number of your Razer Kraken BT Kitty Edition so I can validate it and check my resources for a possible fix.
