Not so confident on Kraken Headsets anymore. How can we resolve this Razer? Thank you.
I was shocked to find after leaving my Kraken Chroma 7.1 Headset plugged into my PC when I was away the connecting wire shown in the image was burnt and really hot just before I plugged it out. Lucky for me there were no flammable items nearby.
