Kraken Essential mic problem

Hi guys, im new here, so be patient please! Ive bought my headset 3 years ago. During this time i havent noticed any problem, but since ive changed my win7 for 10, the mic isnt worked, i tryied using him o iphone and it seems normal on mic/audio output, but when i try on pc it just die. I use realtek HD audio driver and the razer surrond pro. do u guys think that its the mic output cable or is it a problem on my pc?

Yeah, there is. I think the problem is in there, how much it cost the combo jack from razer? cause the standart ones r tiny

Thanks for the reply. We don't really sell splitters separately from our headsets. You can purchase third party ones and they should still work. Let me know if you have any questions.
