My Kraken headset just arrived and I downloaded the surround sound to use the activation code but it kept saying invalid code and I tried different digits but still no luck. I used the Razer Online Services and requested a new VALID code to activate, entered the serial number and registered my device and at the end I got a message that says "The 7.1 Surround Sound Code is not available, please click here for more information." and it literally directed me to the same first page I was in smh now what guys????
