Kraken Headset mic not working
For the past few months my quartz pink Kraken headset mic has not been connecting to my Dell laptop at all. The microphone works on other devices like my phone, but when I'm on my laptop it doesn't connect at all. Under inputs in settings it doesn't even show up. When I go to the laptop control panel it says the mic isn't even plugged in.

raindoughDid you already check the privacy settings of your PC? Try to follow the steps here for further isolation. If the mic of your headset is still not working, PM me the serial number so I can validate its model specifications and look for other workarounds to help you address the issue. *Thread locked to curb conversation to PM.
