Hi, so I have just the basic Kraken headset. I've had problems with it before when using them on my msi laptop (no sound was going through mic), but after digging deep into the bowels of my computer, I was able to get them working by going into properties. Now, however, there is no sound coming out of the headset. It's weird because if I leave the connection that connects the two parts of the cords together partially connected vs all the way pushed in, the sound will come out of the right side of the headset but not the other. And if I do push it all the way in, no sound comes out of it. What in the world is going on? They were working just fine one second, I unplugged them to listen to something outloud, then when I replugged them this started happening...
