Kraken headset randomly disconnect

Hi, it's been 2 months my Kraken Headset randomly disconnect from my computer, the cable is ok everything is working, i did not damage my headset but sometimes, my computer disconnect the headset for no reason and reconnect it 2s after, i really need help.
