Kraken hypersense Mic input level adjusts itself down

So I noticed in a Facebook call in my browser earlier that my Microphone was lowering itself again. I've noticed it over the past couple of weeks where randomly and abruptly the input level in both synapse and system settings go from 100  to 8 or something. So while I was in the call I was looking at the settings and each time I spoke it's like the input level lowered by 20 each time I said a word basically. I've also been in a Discord call when I had pressed the mute button on my headset I noticed in Discord my microphone was still picking up what I was saying and I asked hey can you guys hear me and everybody responded by yes even though my mute button was on. I could use some help with trying to troubleshoot this. thank you!
