Kraken interfering with Naga?

I'll try and make this as clear as I can because I'm not a tech savvy individual. So I have my Naga mouse here and I have had it for a year with no issue. I recently had to get a headset so I thought "Why not just stick with Razer?" so I bought the Kraken headset. Now when I go to test it a few things happened.

• In discord other people can barely hear me if Im yelling which I can not be doing. Now before you ask. Yes, discord was using my microphone(or at least thats what it said), and yes my output is ALL the way up with no change. Now could it be that laptop microphone is getting in the way?
• I play FF14 and I use the number pad on the naga A LOT but for some reason after I plugged in my Kraken my 4 works to autorun me and my 12 worked to zoom in but no other key had a function. This is not their normal or usual function mind you as they are for my hotbar. Also to note, when I unplugged my Kraken my number keys went back to almost fully functioning as normal.

I'm super confused and feel this might be an easy fix but again I don't know. I messed with a few settings with zero results. Is there a chance that because the Kraken doesn't have a USB and this little 2 prong adaptor that it may be the cause? Any help would be appreciated, thank you!
