Kraken Kitty and Blackwidow Elite constantly disconnecting

As the title says my Kraken Kitty and Blackwidow elite constantly disconnect. Both peripherals shut off and turn back on not sure what is causing it. I've uninstalled Synapse and reinstalled it twice now. This began a few months ago after I updated Synapse and has been a problem since then.

    As the title says my Kraken Kitty and Blackwidow elite constantly disconnect. Both peripherals shut off and turn back on not sure what is causing it. I've uninstalled Synapse and reinstalled it twice now. This began a few months ago after I updated Synapse and has been a problem since then.
    Does the issue happen if the Razer Blackwidow Elite is the only device that is connected? Have you connected both peripherals to a different USB port or computer?
