Kraken Kitty BT Sound Problems

Hi, So I just bought the kraken bitty bt headset and the hands free audio is absolute trash. It is the only way I can hear videos and or music through my headset. I attached two pictures of people who have the same issue, yet still can't figure out why this is. Is there any way I can have the hands free audio as a mic and the stereo as the output? This issue seems common yet there is no answer so far to this issue. Thanks so much and happy holidays
